Senior staff has been there decades, 40k match is awesome

Cons

Lots of people have left, leaving workload for remaining staff. Only hard-working overachievers need apply. Not mush of a career path as many ahve been there decades, but I expect 50% of company to retire in 3-10 years, opening up new opportunities
