There were honestly not many. Starbucks on campus and a cafeteria with nice options.

Pros

Been here for a while now I have seen the ups and the downs. I love what I do and my immediate supervisor she is one of the few that fight for her employees

Cons

Working for a health care facility that advises you to stay away from work when sick bc of our patients yet penalizes you for staying home when sick.

Pros

Logistically nice if you are near Akron.

Cons

Human Resource Department are not into protecting or elevating their employees. Protects and rewards management over non-management. Ever changing and non transparent salary ranges - very bad for internal equity.
