Pros

Great benefits, the Dr’s and Nurses are awesome

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, no paid holidays(have to use your PTO), intimidation is used to motivate and they make you fear losing your job on a daily basis. They also reward bad behavior by piling more and more work on the employees who work the hardest to compensate for the lazy employees who know that there are no repercussions for them being lazy. Patients are rude and entitled and complain if you blinked wrong.

Plenty of great hard working co-workers

Cons

Once great company mismanaged into oblivion. No respect or appreciation for workers. HR only seems to be there to cover up management failings.

Pros

Very reliable steady income, offers several training opportunities for employees free of charge, employee discount programs with some other companies like Dell that could be convenient, reputable company that other employers like to see on your resume.

Cons

To advance within the company, there is a hierarchical system for being approved for other positions. If your boss decides they don't like you then your out of luck. There are so many positions you could qualify for but never receive an interview if your manager is not cooperative with HR.
