      Pros

      Lunch breaks & clocking out. The main pro will be leaving this sinking ship! Dictatorship doesn’t equal leadership! There’s a reason why this place isn’t the top employer anymore

      Cons

      This organization treats their employees like prisoners or kids in a daycare. No trust or respect. You get what you give. Poor leadership with a constant turnover. Don’t waste your time applying here. Go to ACH or CCAG.

      Pros

      The people that we work with are amazing. We do try to help patients. Benefits are pretty good. Could be better

      Cons

      The whole system runs off fear of losing job. They pile more and more on you and tell you to be thankful you have a job. Training is a bit scarce.

      Pros

      Prior to partnering with CHP SUMMA was an employer that valued employees.

      Cons

      Since Catholic Health Partners have been in charge it's been nothing but cuts in staff and in employee benefits. Very embarrassing top management decisions. Loss of Certification to have a Residency program. Totally the fault of greedy upper management decisions. The CEO has resigned but that will solve nothing.
