Discount is pretty awesome. Networking with other store managers in the area was awesome. The customers were great as well! Very rare that you got angry customers

One person coverage Not enough training hours for associates given The pay for associates is beyond low. They pay minimum wage for sales associates but expect them to perform key holder duties, completely unacceptable. Too many changes going on within company Regional managers show favoritism towards other managers. That would be okay if those store managers didn't act as if they were other store managers bosses Lack of communication from upper management During the weekend you get swamped with customers and because it's one contract barely can tend to everyone Theft is horrible!!! No sensors for those high price sunglasses
