solid personal connections and discounts with sunglasses

Cons

have to stand the entire day outdated complicated software constantly stressed with customers stealing valuables \ working in SG Macy's has to one of the most screwed up things ever. no commission hours are set maybe 5,6 days before incredibly slow awful management

Pros

Sunglasses are fairly low maintenance and are fun to sell. There's not a lot of stock to unpack. The discount is OK.

Cons

Very low pay based on industry average. Basically no PTO. No resources or training provided to help you be successful. Big corporate company that blatantly does not care about their employees. Their mark up on sunglasses is so high that they don't feel the need to invest in their front line employees what so ever. Therefore, they hire the cheapest people they can find which often leads to incompetent employees with no skill sets, even in upper management.
