I worked my fingers to the bone at this company for years and not once received recognition for it in any way, a raise, a promotion, a shout out, nothing. All too often employees are scheduled to cover an entire store single handedly performing duties outside the job requirement and are not payed adequately for it in addition to preventing theft during peak business hours of the day when the store is at its busiest. In my time working here, I saw dozens of employees and 9 managers quit because of working conditions. While working here management also implied that I was disposable and simply a commodity which can be replaced at any time instead of a valuable team member.

Regional managers were liars, no work life balance. Management didn't care if you had a family event or wedding. No breaks, worked every holiday, barely any weekends off.
