Pros

Not much room for advancement, easy work, pay is standard, customers are difficult but I've worked at other companies doing the same work and that's true across the board. Overall a decent entry level work from home position.

Cons

No sense of team spirit, easy to get burnt out.

Pros

Work from home that's it.

Cons

Low pay, no raises, a lot of customers will yell at you. I worked here for almost 3 years. I never got a raise. You will get yelled at a lot. I supported Comcast and there are a lot of people who don't like Comcast. You will have a lot of people who have had several Comcast technicians to their house and their internet/cable still do not work. They expect you to try to solve the problem when several on-site techs cannot even figure it out. You will be expected to upsell customers even though their current internet/cable do not work. It is miserable sitting in your home for 8+ hours a day and getting yelled at. I think I would rather be homeless.
