We are committed to making Swinerton a comfortable working environment for our employees. We know and recognize that there will always be room for improvement. We offer our employees several options for sharing concerns. One of these is an anonymous reporting hotline. We also encourage you to bring any concerns to your manager or anyone in the HR department.

Swinerton Response

At Swinerton the safety of all employees in all locations has always been our number one priority. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we further strengthened our safety efforts with specific protocols and procedures that exceed CDC recommendations in all locations. A dedicated COVID-19 task force was established with an open door policy at all times, and an anonymous hotline was established in an effort to provide employees peace of mind. While there may be individuals who do not choose to recognize the pandemic risk, Swinerton does and is prepared to act accordingly if any Swinerton employee or partner/subcontractor on a project fails to follow our protocols. We also have a no tolerance policy when it comes to racism and sexism. Please bring these concerns to your Manager or HR and it will be addressed immediately.

Pros

Employee owned, benefits, vacation and sick time hours.

Cons

Pay, micromanagement is the worst, management holds back on promoting office staff because they don't want people to leave their current positions and have to hire new staff. Management likes to go behind closed doors and pretty much talk bad or gossip about staff underneath them. They treat staff that are underneath them with little respect.
