Pros

The pros of this company would be that they provided their workers with an abundance of tools. Another one is that they were very serious about safety.

Cons

A lot of gossip and tension between crews, along with a handful of few racist characters.

Pros

Great internal support, large firm but treats everyone like family. Good ethics and standards. Always wants to do the right things. Builds really cool projects too.

Cons

Nothing - there isn't anything that I can say negative about Swinerton. They have treated me good and provided needed flexibility and opportunity.

This is an extremely good company to work for. They really take care of all of their employees. Wonderful Company.

Cons

I have yet to find a con with Swinerton. This has been a great learning experience. I would recommend it.
