Pros

It is a pleasure to work for Swinerton Builders. I have never worked with a company that was so employee oriented and cared so much about employee welfare. I'm new to Swinerton. I was greeted as if I was an old friend. The employees that trained me could not have been more patient and kind. My immediate team is wonderful. I look so forward to going to work every day.

Cons

There are no cons. This may be hard to believe but honestly there is nothing negative I can say about Swinerton Builders.

Pros

Swinerton is a great organization that really strives for a team environment. Projects are often fast paced and hectic, so it is important that the team gets along and works well together. Upper management realizes this and tries to put their employees in places they will succeed and be happy. Being a field person can be tough, but it is important to know that people do really try to factor in everything when assigning jobs.

Cons

Working in the field can be difficult, especially if you have to move and move 1-2 times a year. This problem doesn't apply to all employees obviously, but work life balance can be hard when you are away from home during the week.

Pros

Swinerton is a great, long standing and still growing company! They have good leaders and supervisors. They also seem to take take care of everyone involved in the project.

Cons

Some Supervisors seem to have difficulty with communication. Not a lot of cons here. Swinerton has been a good construction company to work for.
