Pros

Swinerton is a great, long standing and still growing company! They have good leaders and supervisors. They also seem to take take care of everyone involved in the project.

Cons

Some Supervisors seem to have difficulty with communication. Not a lot of cons here. Swinerton has been a good construction company to work for.

The pros of this company would be that they provided their workers with an abundance of tools. Another one is that they were very serious about safety.

Cons

A lot of gossip and tension between crews, along with a handful of few racist characters.

Great internal support, large firm but treats everyone like family. Good ethics and standards. Always wants to do the right things. Builds really cool projects too.

Cons

Nothing - there isn't anything that I can say negative about Swinerton. They have treated me good and provided needed flexibility and opportunity.
