Good company, great opportunities

Pros

Employee Ownership creates added pride and drive to succeed. Corporate management makes the effort to get to know employees even in remote locations. Fun culture encourages optimization of staff / projects. Good resume provides project opportunities for staff development.

Cons

Some favoritism. Lack of commitment to certain locations / markets. Some times development of an office takes time so shouldn't go in if not willing to be patient for results. But at least the decisions were communicated with sound reasoning.

Pretty fun

Pros

I got to work on a very high profile project with a great team. The building had a unique deign and overall the team made everyone feel like family in a way.

Cons

There were not many cons. Somedays work got fair repetitive as an intern but the biggest con was that somedays I would not have much work on my plate. Ironically these were the worst days.
