lots of freedom to fail or succeed on your own, healthy work environment - works hard to make sure I have a good work life balance, personally I have a pretty clear understanding of what's required for growth and advancement, plenty of marquee clients to compliment your resume, slow to hire and slow to fire - can be both good and bad

Cons

it has been a bit of a challenge to get to a point where I know what is required for personal growth, company leadership is looking for only the go getters and if you are too cautious you won't have growth,ms low to hire and slow to fire - can be both good and bad, seems like the salary is a little on the low side for the industry in the Bay Area but highly competitive outside of the Bay Area.

Overall stability of company is good.

Cons

Too much politics, favorites rewarded heavily for playing up to the executives. Hard work is not recognized or rewarded at this company. Project managers overall show incompetence by the multiple projects that are mismanaged and in the red. This company has lots of cleaning up to do after a project team has made it's way through partial construction. At that point other team members are recruited to come in to "clean up" the project and put it back onto track for schedule and costs.
