Open door style and willing to listen to good ideas wherever they originate. A long history, but open to adapting and innovating. Job-site teams are given support when needed but are also given a lot of leash to manage projects as they see fit without being second guessed, told exactly how to do everything or buried in reporting or approval requirements.

Cons

Workload can be heavy. Teams run fairly lean. Can improve on identifying and sharing best practices across divisions and projects as well as on career path and compensation transparency.
