Pretty fun

Pros

I got to work on a very high profile project with a great team. The building had a unique deign and overall the team made everyone feel like family in a way.

Cons

There were not many cons. Somedays work got fair repetitive as an intern but the biggest con was that somedays I would not have much work on my plate. Ironically these were the worst days.

Pros

Management stands by the company's values and they are some of the nicest people to work with. Benefits are good and training is always available to employees.

Cons

Office culture is ho-hum in certain divisions (lack of cohesiveness, excitement, etc.). Communication is sometimes lacking, too.
