      Great people, Great Company, great swag

      Cons

      Bad management, turns a blind eye to issues that need to be addressed. We have company Core values But they don’t follow them . Middle management keeps issues from upper management. Work environment can be VERY toxic. Because of this.

      Money is the only good factor here, the manager is a failure

      Lying backstabbing upper management has no concept of construction..

      Pros

      Most people are friendly and are there to work hard. Good benefits and salaries.

      Cons

      A lot of cliques. Not a lot of education and management is pretty hands-off which is tough when you're learning a new role. Not a lot of support from management to create new divisions or policies.
