Pros

The teams I worked with make work enjoyable. There are company social events that you can attend when you aren't drowning in work.

Cons

No work life balance and always understaffed. Long hours (50+ a week) and promotions were not based on performance. Promises were made during the interview process which were never met during my time with the company. Make sure to have commitments in writing before accepting the job offer.

Pros

Basically they gave you free shirts

Cons

You must know the superintendent to work at a site and provide for the family. Sad but true. We had superintendent's bring in other people from other companies and lay off our 5-7yr vets. Safety is last on their mind I have pics and videos of some un safe working conditions but once somebody brings it up they get laid off and never re-hired again. They just put lack of work then they hire another friend or family.
