Great company to work for. The team works well together and management actually helps with the workload. It’s nice to see the daily tasks actually have a positive impact on the patients and their care.

Micromanaged, very productivity driven, high stress, not allowed overtime or use of PRN staff. Difficult to meet contradictory standards. Onboarding was very unprofessional. Poor communication with managers. Zero training provided.
