      No advancement/shady ESOP/no direction

      -If you are self-motivated good position to take as there is a lack of direction by management

      Cons

      -Horrible raises or no raises at all -Currently ESOP litigation -Each year they would change priorities' with no direction -No policies in place during COVID -Disconnect from worker's at the site and upper management -No marketing into new facilities even after providing them contact information to pursue new business -No advancement -After approval of raise delay payment until left company and stated it was not final and receive no back pay on last check -On last day of employment after 13 years met boss in parking lot to return computer and no thank you for service -Unable to market the wellness program to health care facilities correctly felt like our program was a "throw in"

Additionally, we understand that productivity standards can feel challenging at times, and we take these concerns seriously. Our goal is to set expectations that are both realistic and aligned with industry benchmarks, while ensuring patient care remains our top priority. We regularly review these standards and, based on consistent feedback from our team and new hires, we believe our productivity expectations are more reasonable than those at many other organizations.
