      Pros

      A bi weekly pay check Non Supervisory staff are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Being salary is abused and frequent lectures on not working over 40 hours. Condescending tech management without a tech degree or background. Benefits are poor and will be held over your head as collateral if the owner does not agree with you at any point. Lots of travel with a borderline illegal "lunch break" depending on where you need to travel. Mileage compensation was good until it became "averaged" and direct deposit. It got cut in half for most employees. Promises of education and opportunity are not followed through.

      Pros

      You can say you have a job.

      Cons

      Training is minimal - commonly uses the sink or swim system. Turn over is high because of the poor management. Commonly hire family for good reviews who ultimately also end up wishing for a better job. You are given assignments that cannot be completed because of the micro-management which leads to failure and it is always never Larry or Cathy at fault. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

      Excellent people at this company doing extremely interesting and varied work. They are well known and well respected in their niche industries

      Cons

      This is a consulting company and this is not for everyone as it demands a lot of thinking and people skills to work with clients.
