Interesting projects - Interactive onboarding - Events organized very well by the Systematic Employees Club (Christmas party, outings to the cinema, karting, summer party, etc.); - The benefits package is generous and the salary is in line with the market average; - Collective ok being always willing to help you.

Cons

- Periods with turbulence, meaning major changes from one week to another (from the assignment of the employee from one project to another, to overnight layoffs). Unfortunately, the intentions of the management in Romania are good, but it cannot intervene over the decisions in Denmark. - Micromanagement at work time registration level.

Very cheap when it comes to wages. No reward for working hard, taking responsibility, showing leadership, anything like that. No paid overtime. No actual salary negotions. You just have to accept whatever number your manager gives you. That number is 1% for all employees in 2020.

- The work is generally very meaningful - it actually does a lot of good in the world. - Very good work-life balance. - Flexible working hours. - Friendly and skilled colleagues. - Great canteen. - Extra week of vacation. - Paid internet at home. - Good workplace atmosphere and social arrangements.

Cons

- People in some areas of the company are too stressed. - Compared to the rest of the market, the salary compensation should be higher. - Heavy suite of processes slows down progress. These might be necessary for the company to follow, but there is however a sense of "resistance-to-change" from certain people, to innovate and optimize these processes.
