-No real progression or career path within the company, it is very top heavy making it very challangeing for consultants to have independence and to grow. -Significant favouritism shown by management, resulting in frustration and low moral for others. -There is a negative perception of other recruiters and recruitment companies which is inaccurate and shows a insular mindset. -company still trying to define their long term plans resulting in frequent conflicting and often negative changes. -high employee turnover.

All the directors have been with the company for 10 + years and are stuck in a market harborough time warp. Very backward, do not know how to be progressive as an orgnaisation. Do not want to offer progression. The atmosphere is bizarre, people get told off for talking and it feels like a library not a sales floor. Essentially the consultants get treated like kids. The CEO is completely out of touch and has zero social skills. The people they hire are in the most part pretty dull just don't make much effort with new people which is very odd with such a small company. They are all brainwashed to be terrified of 'real' recruitment companies. They fire most new people within their first year for no reason and in quite a terrible way. There is no company ethos, everyone works in their own little unit and nobody brings the whole company together so it doesn't feel like there is an existence of any culture.
