Nice salary, building is pretty, lots of free alcohol
Cons
They don't want to spend time investing in new employees, despite their claims. Management giving feedback feels like bullying; not constructive and just a barrage of criticism. Horrible office atmosphere, people are very snooty especially if you're new, and others aren't constructive. Complete lack of training. They like to flash money around to try to make you like the job but it's all show. Awful attitude towards disabilities. And lying to people saying jobs are good when they're not is the worst feeling in the world. Oh also, beware: your salary comes out of your line manager's commission.
