      The company has the latest technology and equipment for us to use.

      Cons

      We have a disrespectful and abusive management here in Systimmune. Researchers like me aren't shown any respect. The managers treat us awfully as they often boss around and make us do random tasks that aren't related to our work. We are professionals with technical skills, but the management treats us like we're just here to do their errands.

      The company is focused on helping patients, and it's a good mission. I liked it when I joined but soon regretted my choice.

      Cons

      The top management had a dominating nature. They wanted to know what you were knowing at all times, and it felt like micromanagement. The leadership's arrogant attitude made them think that they were never wrong, and it led to several issues. Also, they fired people for no reason, which made others fear and stress about job security. BEWARE!
