      CEO has a big vision and is enthusiastic about commitment of improving treatment of patients. On-site managers play a crucial role in ensuring that the company stays on the right track and aligns with the CEO's vision. Their strong will and leadership skills help guide employees and ensure that everyone is working towards the same objectives. Employees are energetic and dedicated to delivering high-quality work on time. Additionally, the fact that the company offers a great place to gain professional experience and grow a career is an asset.

      You'll learn a lot as a researcher, but you'll also learn a lot by working for other better companies

      Cons

      The two main problems I have with this company are the toxic work environment and incompetent leadership. The work environment and atmosphere are toxic due to the brutal workload and very long work hours. Moreover, the incompetent management is full of managers who are clueless about our research. Yet, they always try to meddle with our work.

      There is very valuable work to do to contribute to the company. Position provides opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of work and to develop personally. You are given plenty of resource to complete the job. The environment is highly collaborative and supportive. Management is experienced. A good experience.

      Cons

      With the company being smaller you have to bring a lot of your own organizational skills and motivation to be most effective, but if you do - it is rewarding
