Pros

Amazing benefits, great stock options, & solid pay for the area.

Cons

Sr Managers don't even know how to do your job but coach to you, so many different rules depending on your sr managers with no matching overlying line to hold people accountable, world's hardest place to get fired unless the company is done with the store and shuts it down( Have had a rep told me go f myself and send me home and retain their job), holds you accountable but has a 50 step process to hold reps accountable.

Good pay, good benefits, decent schedule

Cons

Company went downhill after merging with sprint. Work was ok up until the new CEO came onboard now everyone is stressed all the time. Currently looking for another career. Growth is for the few.
