Pros
I have never worked for a company that cares not only about their customers but their employees. Not every day is perfect but at the end of the day you know you are working for a company that cares about you and wants you to be successful. The passion of the team members all working towards being a blessing to each other and to the customers makes this culture one that is like no other. Although some days can be long, you have the opportunity to make a difference and serve others and that makes it worthwhile. Being a God centered company is about being good people - good to each other and to others.
Cons
As with any company I feel communication can always be an increased focus. I feel we do a good job at this currently but can always get better. There is not a "con" working here that makes it a bad place at all. We always strive to get better and be better so that makes it all worth it.
