      Pros

      Compensation is fair for the work we do. 4 day work week. Most stress free job I have ever had in my career. No one constantly looking over your shoulder/micro-managing. Opportunities to increase earnings through quarterly incentives and sales contests.

      Cons

      Long hours, expect to work 14 hours/day. Work/life balance can be a challenge. My wife works as many crazy hours as I do, so it's not really an issue for us. If you have children, this could be a big issue. Very fast paced work environment. Many of us drive 2+ hours back and forth from the warehouse, which doesn't leave a lot of time for anything to go wrong during the day.

      Pros

      Autonomy of position. Compensation is fair for position. Management cares about employees, which is a rarity in corporate environments. The organization helps you grow not only professionally, but personally. Training is ongoing and beneficial. You will not find a CEO that cares more for people in his organization.

      Cons

      You will work hard with this organization. This is not a con, but be prepared to be a hard worker. Communication from your district to home office can be a challenge when in the field.
