Great company in terms of looking out for its employees. Lots of support and emphasis on work/life balance.

Cons

I wish the contract I had been on had been maintained. Working in the government realm isn't for everyone and government regs and procedures can be difficult at times. Neither of these are tiag's fault, just the nature of the beast.

Benefits of both small and large company rolled into one. Best of both worlds. Great health and above average 401k contribution.

No formal annual review process (old school ask for a raise style)
