A Job is a sometimes better than working for your local workforce commission.

Cons

Just as another has stated, they come in, lowball the current contract, focus on high profit margins, current staff are left to fend for themselves why they maximize profits for the sake of the company. You will be told "Take it or Leave it" when offered your current incumbent position. Managers lie, leaders don't lead. Best described as "8A ".

The management team works hard to have the best team available. They provide additional training to make sure the team i well informed and ready for the client.

Cons

It is a contract driven employer, so if you are not on a project you will be furloughed
