Very high level of favoritism, dishonesty and disrespect from management and even some coworkers. Management is obviously in over their heads and inexperienced so a lot of bad decisions are made resulting in more stress for the people at the bottom. Management also lies to employees to tell them what they want to hear so that they will stop bothering them. Some employees seem to be untouchable and are able to do whatever they want without consequence. Always behind schedule because of poor management, but the little guys or front-line supervisors get the blame. Bad products get pushed through production just to try to make schedule. Overall unorganized and childish culture.

A lot of favoritism to certain employees. They want you to ask questions but don't get you an answer when asked. They don't follow the policies they have in place. Inspection department let a lot of non compliant parts "pass inspection" when they are behind. None of the employees seem happy, but HR gets and attitude if you try to speak with them. A LOT OF FRATERNIZATION and very inappropriate flirting going on on all levels of the company from management all the way down.
