Training has been a journey. I feel like I have grown so much since the start. Overall, learning how to do the job is straightforward and there is so much help offered!. I would like to thank Sheret Kelly for being such an awesome, understanding and patient trainer.

Cons

Throughout training the biggest con has been my own personal reasons. Feeling a bit of nerves taking my first calls. Other than that, there is always guidance to seek in every situation.

Classes were great, The trainers tried their best

Cons

The pay is low. The system wasn't working to show visual of what is expected. They only took one account of learning abilities, which is explaining things and expect you to figure it out. I am a visual learner, I requested to sit with someone numerous time to have them show me the system they refuse. After 2 weeks I was told there would be a separate of employment because I couldn't pass the physical training that I couldn't complete in class while their system was down

Attendance policy needs work. Get penalized for power outages, Needs a better option for sick days. Should be an options Pay should be increased
