398 office is good with free and tasty meal

Cons

I have joined the TP in feb 2024 after 4 month's they give the official notice to Layoff the employee and give us to 6 months to find the opportunity outside after 6 months I'm jobless.

Great as first job, but you'll see lot of disorganization

Pros

* Good work environment (I mean the people within the team). * Job security (it is very rare to see layoffs). * Payments on time and in accordance with what is stipulated by law. * Access to high-capacity software.

Cons

* Salary. * It is very likely that you will have to work on public holidays. * Bureaucracy (you'll be escalating everything to a different team, which makes everything very slow). * Bad management (people without management educaction at all). * It is typical that you inherit an obsolete, useless process and have to redo it from scratch because there was no follow up on the previous work. * Poor workload distribution (A single person can have three times as many responsibilities as another and receive the same salary). * Almost all positions are completely on site. * You cannot use your cellphone while being on site and you can't access any non-authorized website, so once you enter the building you are almost isolated without the possibility to contact, let's say, your family.
