Pros

You get to help elderly/disabled people with their prescription needs.

Cons

They lie on this line of business. TP has a lot of them, but this one is terrible. Supervisor don't ensure you get your time adjustments. They won't let you transfer. They lie on write ups and lie about coaching. They prefer to check the box and terminate anyone that speaks up for themselves. There is no moral compass for management. There is favoritism, a lot of favoritism. They cover themselves more than they develop. If you make them mad, they will go from every angle to find a way to terminate you and say it was for justified reasons. Watch your back on this line of business. TP isn't the same anymore.

Not worth the pay

Pros

There really aren't any pros to the company. I would say the ability to work from home, but there are so many other companies that offer this, it can't even be considered anymore. Maybe the fact that you can get hired fast, but then you have to wait a month or more for training to start.

Cons

-Micro-managing at it's worst -TL's can remove you from calls if you are even having one bad day. -Mandatory time off without notice -TL's can manipulate what tier and queue you are in so that their own team members can get more and better calls -Chat is full of team leads, yet no one can actually answer questions when someone needs help, but they can certainly stalk how long someone is in ACW and constantly make posts in the group chat about that. -TL's will tell employees they have to clock out to use the restroom, which is illegal. - Time clock doesn't even work so you have to wait for your manager to enter your hours in and then half the time that is wrong and your pay gets shorted.

Pros

Teleperformance is a great company to work for. I can work from the comfort of my own home and take care of my family. Also love that they offer overtime and benefits.

Cons

I have been with the company going on 4 years and I am currently a SME for my team for almost two years. I understand that they took away atl's who where given a raise to help out TL's but now that they are gone that's more work on the SME and no pay raise seems outrageous. I love my position and handle it very well but as a SME we work along our Tl's to help the team keep up with at risks, audits, manager escalations and always asked to help with the queue. I believe we should have a raise just like those who were atl's had. Also I really hate that our PTO has change to only being issues after pay periods and not as a whole. This is really unfair to the employees that need their PTO and we shouldn't have to wait on it.
