Pros

Great teams Good pay Great job campaigns Awesome monthly bonus incentives

Cons

Horrible management. No flexibility in scheduling Must adhere to all breaks, lunch, and meetings AS SCHEDULED or it’s counting against your must have 91% daily adherence. It doesn’t matter if you’re helping a customer or not.

Pros

Pay and hours were descent. Training was great..

Cons

Was in an accident during last week of training and was promised to be able to continue once healed. When the time came no one would answer my emails and when I called they acted like they didn't know who I was. They were very diligent about getting their equipment back though. I passed my insurance exam for my license and later learned that they never processed it. If they had been honest from the beginning I could have been looking for something else while I was healing. Really put me in a financial bind.

Pros

None now they had some but removed them all over the last two years

Cons

Shift bids, Do not accommodate for school anymore, Micro manage aux. Cant make your own schedule around your specific day they will call you out in team comms but not you directly in this vague way without talking to you directly until you bring it up..Was that they were not on you about aux in the last hours of the day. (they do now) Overwork you with less pay than anyone in the valley for similar things. No longer allow for schedule accommodations for school. Will force you to move LOBs but that LOB will just change everything and not allow you to do things you have for the last few years and they will not care at all.
