Pros

Pay is 19.50 an hour and they are VERY generous with their ot so money can be made. If you can deal with the back to back calls. Personally working my hour and maxing out on bonus I make about 43k a year. Would be more if I did ot.

Cons

TThey are very anal rententative. Can't get their story straight on technical procedures. One day it's one way, the next another, and they to yell at you about it. They loooovvvveee writing people up, so if you've never been written up before it WILL happen here. Although that doesn't necessarily mean you will loose your job. You can't work here and make it through without a write up. Doubt they will fire you about it. Depends on what it is

Pros

Late arrivals, missed shifts, and early leaves are no longer measured with points that accumulate to your personal profile with each infraction; It is now in percentile form which is easier to achieve based on scheduled hours and hours actually worked per month. The supervisors and managers I have the opportunity of working with are kind and understanding, they do what they can to make work easier and help to accommodate your schedule to personal needs. Most holidays off. Sunday's off. They offered me a 4x10 schedule which consists of working 10 hour shift, 4 days of the week -- I get 3 day weekends! I didn't want it at first, but I enjoy it now! They're always Hiring. Some employees I have worked with have been there for over 5 years.

Cons

Over time is not actively available. PTO is hard to accrue until you achieve seniority status. No over night positions and live chat positions are difficult to come by. Choosing your own schedule is rare. I previously request a 7 AM - 4PM position to meet a personal need, I had to compromise with the 4 x 10 schedule I currently have. There are may rumors between friends of mine of some Management employees who are entitled, disrespectful, and difficult to work under. This greatly affected my decision when applying for the job, I was reluctant to apply at first.

Pros

Work from home - but going back on site by March. You meet good people. It's easy to move up, but is it worth it?

Cons

Management is horrible. No one values your opinion. You get walked on and talked down to. Teleperformance asks for so much but pays so little; it's not enough for people who live in expensive states. You're not appreciated - work somewhere for someone who appreciates you, this company does not appreciate their people. They DO NOT pay for your technical issues and expect you to clock out and deal with it on your own time. I work in a different state than my colleagues, and they feel the same. When you're in a higher role, they preach that you're great but don't give any recognition. No bonuses. No overtime - depends on your LOB but rare that they allow it. You'll get in trouble if you clock in early, even if its only 2 minutes. Teleperformance is actually on the BOTTOM of third party call centers for USAA and they're close to not being allowed to renew their contract, literally just had a meeting with the director of TP and he said that so it's serious.
