Attendence is Everything, which shouldnt be hard when you're working from home No noises, distractions or falling asleep, which can be difficult NOT to do There are other jobs that pay more, but you save more money on gas working from home

My equipment is outdated. My system couldn't load at all today to even take one call. I was working with IT all day and at one point I was logged off payroll due to a supervisor who is not my immediate supervisor couldn't get in touch with me and felt it was nessasary to log me out of the system that clocks our paid time. I was follwoing protacol from my supervisor and there was no reason for involvement of the other supervisors. The con I have is I beleive my equipment needs an update... and IT keeps putting a bandaid of an excuse like there is an outage. I love what I do and who I work for. It's the equipment for us home agents that needs updating! I also had 8 referrals for people interested in what I do and not one of them was given the opportunity to join TP before they closed the referral. Referral program really doesn't work
