They dont care about their employees they give you a final for everything, they dont treat you as a person but as a slave machine, they dont care if someone day they just want you working.

Pros

Opportunity to move up if that's what you want to do. Unfortunately moving up can take years and lots of dedication and it sucks because this is a company that pays dirt and treats you like nothing. Also if you just want to move up to trainer or supervisor you could do so relatively quickly if you have perfect attendance and perfect quality scores. You don't get paid any more money than you would just being on the phones though. Just gets you off the phones.

Cons

Call center environment sucks. Bad pay for what you're expected to deal with and handle. You're not trained properly to answer all the types of questions that will come your way as a customer service representative. Support is not great. They are super strict about break times and schedule adherance. They micromanage every single little detail of everything you do for their metrics for the client.

Being a customer service representative is not an easy job since there is also a need to meet the request of the clients in order to provide excellent customer experience.
