      There are no pros at this place there is no work-life balance in this place if Teleperformance tells you that you have to work you better work if you are late you will get a points they hold the points over your head and say oh you'll get fired but if you're cool with upper management then you don't have to worry about points because you'll keep your job and everybody who comes in for an interview leaves with the job. If you smoke weed don't worry about it just use Dr tichenor's mouthwash and you'll pass everybody at Teleperformance smokes weed including the management.

      Cons

      Teleperformance is a joke to say the least this place is ran like a prison. You are not allowed to have cell phones which is understandable because you're working in a banking environment however management will give you one piece of candy per day and if you're found with any other food you will be fired. You have to take the labels off all of your drinks even if it is in a clear bottle. You walk through a turnstile and you are wanded down by security depending on which account you're on. in this place favoritism runs rampid it's not about what you know but who you know if you want a promotion. you are paid as little as $10 per hour and as much as $12 per hour depending on which account you're on. If you have a problem the best thing to do is keep it to yourself because if you tell your upper management than the whole account will know your business within the matter of 3 to 5 business days this company is the most unprofessional billion dollar company that I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Work from home. Excellent comparative pay to other contractors working at-home for this contract. Much more focused and attentive supervisors compared to other contractors for this contract.

      Cons

      A little too eager to throw out great employees because of the overcompensation Teleperformance makes in the name of satisfying this contract's demands. They don't seem to understand that 'compliance' is not a bad word, but in their 'three strikes and your out' policy, they turn it into such. It's breeding an environment of growing fear among employees.

      The pay is actually pretty good.

      Cons

      If I could give this place zero stars I would. This company treats its employees more like prisoners than anything else. You can legit be terminated just for bringing your paychecks the floor. They care absolutely nothing about your life or well-being. As a rep, you are expected to show up to work and that's it and please dont get me started on training. Training absolutely sucks, I've had much better trainers; watching paint dry is more exciting. This company hires anyone..literally. I know because my trainer made this very clear to us during license training.
