I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. I was not able to start my benefits due to this. Then I was "Fired" 3 days after making a report even though I never even was given my training information but gotten the welcome letter. They provided me the equipment late. Stated I started on the 3rd of OCT for orientation. No trainer reached out to me. No recruiter reached out after the interview. I emailed everyone. Then training was supposed to start on the 7TH of OCT 2024 and NOTHING. I called HR 10+ times. Only to be met with. Me never saw you on the roster OR the email I received stating I started on the 7th. Almost two weeks and not one trainer has reached out to the emails I sent to them. I have all documentation. Voice recordings and emails to prove they were in the wrong. DO NOT work for this company. It is NOT worth it.

They are nothing good about this job, I was there for 2 months and had to move on, you are not trained properly, you do not know you get a holiday off u til 2 days before that holiday and it isn’t paid which is not big deal, you have to make ur own notes for the calls you take Instead of knowing how to notate the calls, you make those notes which you are clueless about because training is not very well, you are called in to meetings over the least little thing, never get a pay raise, always 15.00 an hour, during training some apps don’t work and you still have to go into production after training even tho you didn’t have everything you needed during training, and the biggest thing, when you have a member on the phone they will ask to speak to a supervisor…. The supervisors will not get on the phone to help, you are on ur own….. this is the worse company ever to work for please save you time
