      We appreciate you taking time out of your day to write a review and really appreciate the kind words. Collectively, the entire country is trying to make health insurance better and we acknowledge there is a long way to go on that front. We try to benchmark our benefits each year against not only our geographic footprint, but also our industry. Having recently moved to the nations largest private health broker as our partner, that has provided us with invaluable tools to continually strive to ensure our benefits are top-notch and competitive. For some background, we have structured our benefit plan as a high deductible plan but with extremely low premiums. The thought around this is premiums come out every paycheck regardless of if an employee is sick. Deductibles are only incurred when there is a need. Just like car insurance, the higher the deductible, typically the lower the premium and vice-versa. We look forward to doing some surveying the latter half of 2016 and first half of 2017 as we prepare for our new benefit plan year.       They are over all a laid back company with a lot to learn being a third party service provider.

      Cons

      Relay too much on what customer expects instead of contracting a specific service and adding services as added value over time for a price limiting growth potential.

We do still have a lot to learn and definitely hope you saw our open door policy and mentality at work. Our CEO often says, "if we stop learning, we stop growing."       Great company with great opportunity and culture

      Pros

      Family friendly place, that understands employees have lives outside of work. Fun but hard-working culture creates a successful and enjoyable work experience. I am very grateful for the opportunities TSP has given me over the years. I genuinely hope TSP will have me for the long-term.

      Cons

      Only con is that due to the size and the business we are in, coworkers are spread out a bit.

      WOW, we really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write such a kind review. We love the advice you gave. In fact, we love it so much, it's part of our vision, "...to retain and nurture our strong beliefs and culture as it grow..." We can't do that alone though, we need employees such as yourself to hold us accountable. We often say our product is our people, and we definitely work hard, but we like to think along the way, we have a lot of fun also! Our geographic disparity is definitely something we are constantly aware of. In our line of business, it's easy for employees to feel like they are on an island, all alone. We certainly have large hubs of employees in some locations, but it's also not uncommon for a TSP employee to be the only TSP employee on a customer site. Through some of our social media and technology initiatives we are always striving to make every TSP employee feel like they are part of something larger than themselves. Even though we can't all be physically together, there are other ways we can communicate, share and collaborate.
