      Warm Company Culture

      Pros

      We have the warmest culture across BPOs. While other companies offer bigger pay, ours offer the best training and camaraderie. In fact, some of the best practitioners in the industry was at one time an employee of TeleTech. While they have sought greener pastures, they still keep the same TeleTech people in their contacts and openly say they owe the company their success. A lot of former employees also come back after their stints with other companies after finding out to themselves that there is a lot more important things besides money, like peace of mind and warm friendships only found in TeleTech.

      Cons

      The common answer to this question is pay. Bigger companies just have a lot to give and TeleTech can't match them. But as I've mentioned above, those who sought this finds out later on that it is not the one and only thing.

      Pros

      The company provides its employees several platforms on how to improve themselves in different aspects. I love how the company focuses on career growth within the company, With the launch of a new platform - iAspire, I think the employees will be more encouraged to stay.

      Cons

      Review budget allocation for different departments.
