      Pros

      Company helps in almost every aspect in order for a foreigner to feel at home. Good wages. Good work space. Good schedules. Canteen and break room. Parking on site for everyone.

      Cons

      Progression can be a bit hard.

      Have strong and authentic values and continuous education program that helps enhancing career growth and path opportunities .Fun place to work. We are results oriented.Everyone here cares about each other. This is a great place to learn and grow.

      more sites to look after but the management is ensuring that they are hiring well deserved peple

      I've been with TeleTech for almost 5 years now and I never thought I would stay this long. I only tried applying since it's the nearest BPO Company from where I live. I started as an agent and was always motivated to go to work because of my team, the incentives I get for being in tier 1 and because I get to have fun at work as well. I have been dancing since I was a kid. I didn’t think that I still can do it after college but TeleTech gave me that opportunity. But the opportunities didn’t stop there. After a year, I became a Quality Assurance Specialist and a year after that I got promoted to Employee Communications. TeleTech being a BPO Company, I didn’t think that I will be able to apply what I studied in college and practice it. Now, I am with a team who brings out the best in me.

      Cons

      Even though the position you want to apply for is in a different location, it’s still a great opportunity because you will get to interact with different kinds of people and expand your knowledge. And since we have 18 sites here in the Philippines, we have options on where we can apply.
