They say they want employees to become more mature, accountable, and drive change, yet their policies and rules treat people as kids....
Turnover is high while micromanagement and big egos abound, even from people unable to complete basic job duties without months of handholding. There is oddly a huge focus on hierarchy from people who are literally the lowest possible level of management.
Progress on just about any project will be painfully slow and often scrapped at the last minute as the company tends to cheap out once seeing final cost. It's railroading.... why are we acting like we have no money?
