No time for breakfast, lunch. Leader or manager enjoy and give all work to engineers or technicians. Employees look into other work more than theirs and very fast in complaining. No job Security Feeling. Extra work at night No technical training provided Lots of tension Less salary

It's in a high growth phase so there's no let up - workloads are ridiculous There's very little career progression - they hire externally
