We are constantly working hard on improving the Diversity of our Park, and our D&I teams are currently building on the progress we have already made whilst recognising that we still have plenty to do. Navigating tough environment well

Pros

- Smart, nimble and “can do” mindset is a huge plus given tough times all companies are facing. - Open minded to changing structure & approach to stay competitive. - Candour and clear comms from leadership down is appreciated. - Flexible hybrid working with focus on outputs.

Cons

- You need to be ok with change as we course correct in light of new info/improved understanding - it’s fast paced normally, more so when external environment is volatile

Another company that don't respect their own customer service

- micromanagement - Meeting Heavy - Limited Support - Company care more about the score on TrustPilot than qctually their own staff - Leaning to be fully corporate despite being still a small structure - Uneasy to get promoted unless you are yourself very very friendly to your management or even be in couple with your manager.
