Pros

Friendly staff and management with a great office culture. They really care about their staff and will always try to help you both personally and professionally. They give you very in depth training and offer extra sessions if you need some extra help.

Cons

No real downsides to working here, my experience has been very positive

Pros

The best thing about working at tails.com is that everyone loves what they do, and are trying to make a difference. This just creates a really energising atmosphere and great team spirit. Mission driven company that is giving back to the community as they grow, and everyone genuinely cares about dogs and their owners. A lot of work is being done now to proactively address the lack of diversity of employees, and I find it an open, inclusive place to work. Good gender balance at all levels of seniority.

Cons

Salary is a little low compared to other companies. The balance of power is uneven across teams meaning that some teams and individuals have an easier job having an impact, while others are struggling to get their voice heard, and have to spend far longer 'fighting' to have an impact.
