Pros

Benefits: 9 day working fortnight Private health insurance Dogs in the office(!) Breakfast, snacks Culture: Working in the context of dogs attracts and unites like minded people. It's rare to see so many people truly caring about the work they're doing. It's not hierarchical - people of all levels are approachable. Leadership team has changed but they're a mix of intelligent, motivated and personable people finding their footing. They're taking many big strides to revitalise the company and ensure our long term growth.

Cons

Hybrid working: Most teams claim to be hybrid but in reality they're largely remote which makes effective collaboration challenging. This flows from the top as members of the leadership team are rarely in the office.

Pros

Great and hardworking team 9 day fortnight remote working with flexible hours

Cons

- performance is extremely measured and even if you're hitting your targets it's never good enough, "you need to push for more" (but 100% percent is literally not possible in CX) - no progression or promotion in the role possible, they justify this by silly reasons (e.g. point above) - high staff turnover in CX - you're just a number and can't show any individuality in your customer emails - they constantly give you feedback (criticism) and encourage you to give feedback (but only want to hear positive feedback or they twist your words in your mouth and make you feel bad about saying it in the first place)

Pros

Great colleagues and culture Good office benefits Some really smart people to work with and be mentored by

Cons

Senior management C-suite are completely disconnected from the reality of being anything other than a wealthy individual, this then creates issues as they make decisions based on their own personal environments and not employees Confusing KPIs Poor internal technology Poor work-life balance Poor Leadership Poor Communication Numbers driven Poor Salary Incredibly poor stock control
