      Lots of good people trying to do good work.

      Cons

      Challenges facing the company given previous over recruitment. Now going through significant team restructuring with all of the negative implications for morale and momentum.

      Pros

      Small dynamic company with plenty of opportunities. Employees are well looked after and given a comprehensive monthly briefing on how the company is performing, regardless of position.

      Cons

      This is not a criticism of tails.com, but as a small startup, dedication is required of every employee, sometimes requiring work beyond your JD. As such it is perfect for someone who is ambitious and buys into the company vision. Not for someone just looking to clock in and clock out for a wage.

      Benefits, 9-day fortnight, winning proposition created by some fantastic people over the last 10 years

      Cons

      The last few months have been hard as we have said goodbye to some old colleagues who have been instrumental in moving tails.com to a £100m business; some other roles have been made redundant as we have improved our org design... some leavers have not taken this very well which has been unsettling for those who are now focussed on taking us to £200m+ revenue.
